After receiving your feedback, we finalized your portrait by adding the finishing touches in the form of effects, textures, shadows, and approved color shading. Voila, your portrait is ready!

And don't be shy to ask questions!

We accept payment via different cards and payment systems, as well as installment plans on Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Play, etc. We can send you an invoice if yours is a corporate order.

After we finalize your portrait, we will send it to your specified email address! Delivery time for each package is different.

The results will depend on the photos you're required to send in the brief. The photos should be high-quality, with good lighting and clarity. Check out our guide here about which photos are best suited.

Covatar has extensive experience working with B2B orders. Many American companies trust us. For all your requests and suggestions, write here, and a personal manager will contact you.

After you create and pay for your order, we'll ask you to submit a questionnaire for your future portrait. If you haven't submitted the questionnaire yet, you can change the style of your future portrait at any time. If you have submitted - only within the first 24 hours. Please note that if you're changing a previously selected style to a more expensive one (Premium styles), you'll need to pay the difference between the old and new styles.

You can always buy a booster regardless of the package, and your portrait will be ready within 3 working days.

After payment, we'll send a unique link to the questionnaire you'll fill out, where you can upload photos and specify any additional information about yourself.

You can contact us by mail support@covatar.com or via a chat box on the website. Don't forget your order number! This way we will be able to help you faster.
