Covatar Artworks are fully customizable which means you can do a lot of exciting things with them and adapt to different occasions and events.
You can incorporate the names of your family, team members or pets using standard licensed fonts. Our typography experts will be happy to take care of your request. The custom text will be incorporated in the existing or new portrait in a way it fits best.
Some exclusions apply:
1. If your word consists of two (2) or more words separated with hyphen or dash, in this case they’re treated as two separate words. You need to include them in word count. Example: Jean-Pierre.
2. If you’re using articles or prepositions, any preposition or article that consists of three (3) or more letters is treated as a separate word. You need to include them in word count.
Important notice: This add-on only applies to digital artwork products and to digital versions of print-on-demand products. If you purchased a print-on-demand product earlier, the new & updated versions will not be reprinted. Although, you can reprint them for an additional fee or yourself at any local print-shop.
This add-on doesn’t allow to change the existing position of body parts or characters as well as general structural composition. This add-on doesn’t include a full-body version of a portrait, only bust. This add-on doesn’t include a solo version of portrait. If you’d like to do this, please contact our support team at help@covatar.com to learn more about your options.
This add-on doesn’t include adding or replacing existing details/backgrounds with new ones. If you’d like to add new and/or replace existing details/backgrounds, please use this add-on.
This add-on doesn’t include customization and brand-customization services. All typography services are provided as shown in the examples.
If the existing artwork that you want to edit was purchased with a Premium service package, the Premium service package terms only apply to the scope of work of the original artwork and does not apply to revisions/additions/upgrades of any kinds.
One unit of this add-on is equal to one background in the new version of your picture. You must purchase the corresponding number of units for each new background you want to add. This add-on doesn’t include a separate digital file of background, but you can purchase it using this add-on. This add-on is not eligible for additional discounts. You can not purchase this add-on without a parent order with a Covatar Portrait product (both printed or digital). The special discounted price is only available for add-ons added during the initial checkout process for a parent order and is different from the add-on price after the checkout.
