"The executive of my department was looking for a creative and fun way to show his appreciation for his leadership team and given that we're all so 100% virtual right now we thought it would be fun to provide custom illustrations for the team. We wanted something that was fun, yet professional so we actually decided to get two for each person. One that was professional with the company's brand (done in a realistic style) and then one that was highlighting something fun about the leader and these were in colorful, whimsical style. It took a little bit of work on my part to research each person and find something personal about each one, but it was worth it. It is fun to see the images pop up in our corporate directory and intranet as well as externally on LinkedIn. We're going to be using them to screen print some fun gifts for each leader over the holidays. This has been a great way to get to know each other better, get creative and it was a very nominal cost."
